Concept
"Discover and nurture talent"
Unlike traditional competitions, the purpose is to spot not only the completed violinist but also young rough gemstones.
This competition is specialized in strengthening and training, and as a reward for the winners of the highest award among the selected young performers, we will provide a place for lessons from excellent professors in Japan and overseas.
A talented young man who is passionate about classical music will hone his talents, leap into the world and achieve self-fulfillment, giving dreams to the younger generations that follow.
We will hold the "Yokohama International Violin Competition" in the hope that such a virtuous cycle of music education will be born.
